Would you like to expand your question. What do you mean by enter a game to play the wrong way? What is the ‘wrong’ way as long as the rules are being followed, Everyone has their own strategy.
Do you mean players that smash all in every hand with anything? I wouldn’t say that was the best way to play, but depending on the game, the format, the structure (late reg, reentry etc, some people want to double up quickly and then slow down)
I would also say limping from 1st position every hand isn’t the ‘right way’ to play, limping with AA checking and then getting mad when someone hits a flush with 45 or a straight with 59 off. That’s the wrong way to play in my opinion but plenty do it.
Playing emotionally, with a grudge. Also a no, no, but it happens, and all of the above are in your favour if you stay patient, and only call when you are winning.
Players who join and don’t play well may hit a few lucky hands but they very rarely make the money, or the final table. They lose a big pot then throw it, just don’t get annoyed and call light, keep at your own game.
