I like Mtts, because then you have additional ICM considerations.

I like cash for making money and just pure playing poker when you want to play, also like smaller tourneys, don't have time or patience for big mtts.

Cash. MTTs drag on way too long and 1 street poker is not too fun, enjoy a good final table tho

I'm love cash
I prefer tournaments. I don't like cash games because they've never been profitable for me, I've always lost money playing them. But with tournaments, everything is much better. In recent years, I've been focusing on tournaments and I have a stable profit.

I play cash games when I want to play real poker.

Tournaments for some lottery-like fun.

I like cash as I don't always have the patience for tourneys, but I worry about collusion in cash games, which is less of an issue in tournaments..

Good morning everyone, I like playing cash games the most.
Now, if you ask me where it is easier to make money, there is no comparison, MTTs are much easier.
I started playing poker in 2018, and to date my best result was when I won $800 in 1 MTT, and my best day in a cash game, I think, was $50.
Cash games require a much higher level of concentration than in MTTs.
In MTTs you have 25bb, 20bb, 15bb or 10bb, and many times you already know what the 3bet shove range is.
There are many players who are profitable playing MTTs, and if you analyze them, there are far fewer players who are profitable playing cash games, which is a game where you need to study much more.
I have played 363,803 hands of cash games at NL $2 and I am making a profit of $205. My nickname on PS is Fanfarrão 1983. I have been playing cash games for 3 years, but I play cash games for fun.
Playing MTTs, maybe I can make $205 in 1 week.
In my opinion, cash games are for fun and MTTs are for making money.

Good morning to you too. Yes, tournaments are much easier. I don’t play them though for the last ten years or so. Imo tours are too time consuming. Even world class players don’t finish ITM 25% of the times, let alone hit The Final Table where the serious payouts are. Plus the big Bang adrenaline rush.
I play high stakes cash games and have done so for many years. Still, after millions of hands I invest 30% of my poker time studying the game. Nevermind the stakes, to keep up with the game - which is not a status quo but slowly evolving - you have to study the game. Reading books/listening to audiobooks, watching training videos, discussing the game. Many also have a training coach. It is important to remember that most recreational players do little or no study. This is okay and should not be mocked. Their purpoise is leasure and blowing of some steam. Poker is their hobby and most hobbies cost money.

I love freerolls. That's why I prefer tournaments. Tournaments are generally more profitable for me, but in fact, I make a profit only because I play with the money I win in freerolls :)
I don't invest my own money in the game because I just don't see the need.

MTT for me, I don’t fare well in cash and now give it a wide berth.

Tournaments consume a lot of time but they can pay more . Cash games are a more convenient way to play of you have very little time to invest in poker and zoom is my preferred cash games . It has many disadvantages but I like that I play many hands in short time . That is nice
