Anyone else finding weekends and evenings are changing gamewise?

They used to be a bit softer and now it seems like the player pool is changing, the schedule is reducing a lot more games during those times. Anyone have any feedback on this?

strong poker squads play during the day and live poker in the evening, poker is played by a lot of amateurs who come after work to play their favorite game, so tournaments make sure that the structure of the games in the evening is more than during the day there are few prize money and players

I find it difficult to make such broad statements with so many different sites and games available. And unless its a geo-limited site like pokerstars Italy or GG Poker Ontario, what is evening for some players will be morning or lunchtime for others, depending what time zone people are playing from.

It's just us nerds that play poker on weekends now.

During the boom everyone and their grandmother played.. and they played drunk.

Yes , this is normal .
In summer time I see a lot of people are missing from tables, also lower amount of players in evenings
Yep. As the weather improves, people want to be outside socializing, not sat inside clicking buttons. The regs and the pros are still playing though, so the average ability increases significantly.

Honestly I have found that weekends tend to be a lot softer than weekdays I think that's because most of the people who really are just playing for the fun of it are less likely to play during the work week, I think this is the same reasoning behind how a tournament could have 200 people Monday through Thursday but suddenly have 500 on Friday Saturday.

I think that the game itself is getting more difficult at any time, it is due to the help software currently available. Before there were not so many

I assume yes, because in the evening all the regulars play, and on the weekend the field is much bigger.

Well if sb cannot win by playing, then he should stop playing . If it gets tougher for him or impossible to win then he might start thinking the alternatives . For sure game is changing , players and bots adapt . It is tougher without any doubt nowadays . Even some old school pros struggle , but in the end some keep on winning, maybe also thanks to their sponsor money anf tickets . If I was getting one pr more $530 or $5.200 tickets every month, I mean one day I could manage to go for a big score and win . Lol

They are definitely harder because of that, because many more people can sit down to play on weekends than on weekdays.
Because of this, you can meet a much more diverse player base.
The events with larger prize money are also held at this time, so the serious players also enter the ring at this time.

Overall evenings and weekends are the softest time to play cause that's when the majority of avg joes, recs and hobby players with day jobs play. You wanna see tougher competition play Monday-Fridays when all the avg, joes, recs and hobby players are at work.

Cheers!!!

I wouldn't know what to tell you, the reality is that your “night” is day or evening somewhere else in the world. You're playing in a global poker room, so it would be difficult to know what you're asking, perhaps at that time there was more flow of good players and it was just your turn. salutes

In fact, it's not that they are more difficult, it's that on weekends and at night the number of players is greater, so the chances of you winning a tournament decrease, so it appears to be more difficult.

What is evening to you, is morning to me. What is winter to you ... hold up isn't every day winter over there? :ROFLMAO:
The region I reside in gets some very hot temperatures. Most who aren't from here would have a difficult time believing it. It isn't uncommon for us to see mid-summer temps reaching 40C or higher for a week at a time. Some spots in B.C. canada have had temps reaching 50C (hard to believe I know)

I also have this impression, perhaps it is a seasonal change, the summer period, more people spend their time offline, or perhaps this is the dynamics of the last two years.
