Update List of Play Money for Points Poker List

Still looking at an extremely small list at the moment. I will explain again for those who didn't see the original thread. It was a mess of typos on my part BTW. Sorry, I tend to be a very poor proofreader.

So, what the heck am I talking about?

Some poker sites will let you earn play points for sitting at Play Money Tables. Often refered to as Loyalty Points, Player Points, Action Point, Reward Points, etc. I am compiling a list of sites that offer this way to earn those points.

Keep in mind I am not talking about play real money tables to earn those points. I am strictly looking for only Points being earned from playing at Play Money Tables.

I have been able to expand that list to 5 sites. I hope to explain each more in detail. But for now I will keep the info short.


Bodog: Earn 1 point per hour played. Forgot to ask if that works with multiple tables. If someone know please leave that info here.

Jetset: Earn 1 point per 50 hands played. You can play as many as 4 tables at once. So if you were averaging 50 hands played per hour per table. You would earn 4 points per hour.

Redlight Poker: You only earn player points are the moment for playing in Freeroll tournaments. Top 10 are paid. 1 point for 10th on up to 10 points for 1st place. These points can be used to buy into Loyalty Point freerolls for cash. Top 3 win cash.

UltimateBet: Earn 1 point per hour played. You can play at as many as 4 tables at once.

World Poker Exchange: Earn one point per 300 hands played. This is probably the worst one of the lot. You actually have to be involved in a hand to get credit for it. Meaning you have to see a flop. Sure it's only play chips. But, this just encourages poor play.

I as far as why made the thread and this one. Well, I figure a freeroll that costs you a bit more effort than just showing up has to play at least a little better.

And it takes time to build up enough points to play in these point freerolls.

I am still not very happy with my play in tournaments so I wouldn't mind more challenging freerolls to help improve me play.

Having some problems with WPX.

I still have yet to receive in Player Point. The other day I played 300 hand in which I saw the flop each hand. No Point.

You can remove World Poker Exchange off the list. They dropped the play morney for poker points bonus program. In fact that is why I didn't earn my point the other day for all those 300 hands I played. I didn't win a concession from them though. I pointed out that they still had the promotion showing on the website. I was rather expressive in my disgust over the fact that they were still showing the bonus. Well, me disguest paid off. They popped $5 in my account and apologised. The woman I was talking to said that it would be taken care of in 24 hours. After waiting 8 months for a T-shirt I was promised I didn't put much confidence in her statement. Well, I ended up being wrong. I checked the next day and information had been removed. I guess I was a squeaky enough of wheel to rate a few free bucks and to get them to remove the deceptive information.
