No, I do not have that fear.

First, because our electricity system is pretty good here in germany and second because my mobile phone is usually charged and can easily step in in such a case - at least for a few hours.

If you are in an area with frequent electrical outages look at a generator (Gas or Battery backup generator depending on the residence). I would look at a mobile hotspot as a backup for your internet connection.

Power cuts here are not a problem for me.
In general, the cuts are of very short duration.
In that term, my laptop's battery lasts a minimum of 3 hours, and the phone helps me connect to the mobile internet and I continue playing without problems.
Before a tournament that I consider important, I prepare everything just in case.

You need an uninterruptable power supply with a high VA rating to power your PC, display and internet modem simultaneously.

I play only the games I can afford. I make only those buy-ins that are acceptable to me. Therefore, my nerve cells live cheerfully and friendly

I have Comcast and my internet goes out a couple times a week for no reason. It's happened while playing and I just have to wait it out unfortunately. Nothing you can do. It's enraging but it's also why you never play with what you can't lose. The power going out is equivalent to another cooler and sometimes your losses are unavoidable.

It happened to me once and I got angry because I had a nice stack.
Now I play on my laptop and I have a backup internet connection, so I don't fear a power breakdown anymore 😅

If it happens, u cant do anything. Just make sure your devices are fully charged before a tournament!

I have had that happen to me several times over the years. Never fun when it happens. What's worse is when the internet goes out. Our cable company blamed it on out lack of computer knowledge, bad equipment to saying it's not true. 13 months ago FIOS line was installed on our road, and I cut the cable company. Not once has out internet cut out. They came by tiring to get us back about a month ago and admitted there was an issue with the line. Yeah, ok right. took you 12 years to admit it and you and you think i am coming back. Hell no. Cheaper internet and 20X+ faster is good for me.

This is not a problem for me, if the electricity is suddenly cut off, then I log in from the phone and continue to play. If there is no charge on the phone, then I just go to bed and don’t think about anything

no, I'm always fine with this light and water and all other needs for a person always work, there's no such thing as turning it off apparently you live in a bad city or an undeveloped one. Usually this is the only thing that happens in such a way I think you should move somewhere with it's all good or just always have your mobile phone by your side so that if anything, switch to it

The power doesnt go here out unless you get notified well in advance. But my laptop crashes pretty often. Sometimes it takes as much as 5 minutes to restart, reboot , login , find your table, etc .( and both ACR/BCP have all kinds of glitches that can make you have to turn off your laptop and reopen your table ). Thats why i seldom play anything but freerolls and small sngs.( they are the worst if your connection goes )
