I'm not sure what you mean by real poker....
but 6 card Omaha just means you are dealt 2 extra cards instead of the usual 4 in Omaha, it's the same rules of any 2 from your hand and any 3 from the board!

5 card Omaha. 6 card Omaha , hi lo edition , I like the simple edition , 4 card plo , simple as that . I don't play often plo , but when I play I play plo 4 cards . Only a tourney with good gtd might be an exception for other plo games and formats .

Good morning everyone, what I can say about live and online poker is that it is much easier to make a profit in online poker, as you can play several MTTs at the same time, whereas in live poker you can only play one at a time, so you have to be an excellent player to make a profit in live poker.
If less than 5% of poker players make money, now imagine that in live poker.
