Is it just this? Or are you adding other activities over it? Like for example watching something on screen, listening to music?

The novelty of things makes me play better.

I also drank energy drinks before my heart attack. But the CardsChat community helped me achieve good results. A paradox :)

I don’t think energy drinks and refined sugars are good for your health or your game. As we all know, these sugars cause a massive spike in dopamine leves after consumption, making you feel energized and good for a short time. However, after about an hour, your dopamine levels crash and you’re left feeling low, needing more sugar to get that dopamine high again. This creates a cycle of dependency on sugar.

You can find the best ingredients in nature! Personally, I have a coffee machine nearby and I stick to drinking water and coffee, both without sugar. These two are all I need to stay focused and energized naturally.

It has hypnotic and soothing properties. This is one of the types of calming adaptogens that are used for anxiety disorders, insomnia, and mild obsessive compulsive disorder.))))) Drink and an 8-hour tournament? ))) this is how they remove competitors...))))))))))

It is better to drink beer, it is less harmful. In my city, energy drinks are very popular among young people. But the harm of such drinks is obvious and you should definitely not abuse it.

I really don't think that drinking that before the games will make your game better, maybe you did it once and it worked out for you and now you only drink it from mackerel

I stick with straight coffee, caffeine is enough, energy drinks, you have so many ingredients, don't know what the interactions there might be. You can get too amped up for poker. Easy to lose focus. I like a little boost up, so I can still concentrate on the cards.

Before sprint competitions, a long time ago we drank homemade doping or, as they now call it, an energy drink, the recipe is simple - a 0.33L bottle of Pepsi and 2 teaspoons of instant coffee, the effect is decent, I hope some poker players will also be interested in this recipe.

Energy drinks contain sufficient amounts of stimulants to cause anxiety, insomnia, dehydration, irritation of the digestive system, irritability, nervousness, flushing of the skin, increased urination, and palpitations. There is no need to drink them.

If I need to cheer up, I'll have a cup of coffee. Energy drinks may have a better effect, but they also do more harm. Health is what you need to protect.

It's good that there is no doping control, you can even pour 4 spoons of coffee in there.:)

It's probably not the healthiest way to stay alert, coffee or a caffeinated tea might be a better option.
Although it's still up for debate how healthy energy drinks are.

At first you think you're good, in the future you might not even be able to play poker.
