I play poker after work in the evenings. For me, it's a hobby that allows me to distract myself and have fun. I usually play 4-5 days a week for 3-5 hours a day.

I spend 3-4 hours on weekdays, and 5-8 hours on weekends. To be honest, I would like to play 10-12 hours a day, but unfortunately I don't have that opportunity.

I do play only freerolls right now until i reach my minimum bankroll management limit (150€). Funny part, partypoker offers every hour some freerolls, so i do play it almost whole day like a sidequest while work. You absolutely dont have to think because the opponents almost call everythink. So you just have to grind and play only good hands, somehow it brings good results.
But about distracting during work i do agree and need to change my time management. Well by hours it might be 3-4 hours per day.

Depends on the day, somedays I can play cash games for several hours without even thinking of it but there will also be weeks where I don't play at all.

Getting in volume is one of the things that has fluctuated quite a bit over my playing career but I think it's important to focus on quality over quantity if you're only able to play here and there. The number of hours you're able to play your A-Game is going to have a huge impact on your long term poker winnings.
