What’s your approach to choosing the best games to play in, both online and live?

I don't play live because I don't have the opportunity. I play only online, and of course, first of all, I pay attention and play in freerolls available to me if possible. Only when my bankroll becomes big enough thanks to freerolls do I consider participating in buy-in tournaments.

You have to find at least one fish at the table(s) you play at. If you don't, it's rarely worth the time unless you play for fun - or train online for Live poker.

And don't play MTTs unless you think it's entertaining. No table/player selection possible in tournaments so the possible edges are VERY small.
