I have to be honest, I like to see my opponents eyes when I am playing, It has been said that your eyes are the windows to your soul, and I am a believer of that, I can get lot of information from the way another player looks at his cards or sees the flop! Something you don't get playing on-line.
Also the whole atmosphere changes in a Live game, there is nothing like walking into a Casino for the first time, I have visited a few and I still get a buzz, even in the ones I have been to before, There just seems to be something magical about it. Like you are entering an Arena to take part in some kind of battle. Which of course is true, a battle of wits!
On-line Poker is fine, but will never replace the real thing, and many Poker sites strive to emulate Live playing , Like PKR.com where you had Avatars sat around the table and you had full control over their emotions, Even PokerStars have tried Virtual Poker where you sit at home and wear Goggles to play and can look around the Table at your opponents. But I believe we are still far from having that real Live game experience, sat at home.
Maybe One Day!
