Pretty sure years ago pokerstars had staff that watched at least the final table of the Sunday Million. I would assume at least all finals tables of bigger high stakes events get watched by staff. Can't see how they could afford to pay enough employees to cover every final table of every MTT daily. That just seems like it'd be unaffordable to me.

Pokerstars also use to have mods in live chat at the table. You could report players for swearing, not using English etc etc... and a mod/admins would come handle it. Covering all stakes.....even play money tables. <-----I now feel pretty old.

I'm sure they can step in on any MTT if they need too.

I think they have access to absolutely everything, to all the data related to their platform or website. The fact that they have access and can view every hand is obvious. To think that they don't see something is ridiculous

They see the table the same as you see the table. (they don't see the holecards)

And as Hardon mentioned, they used to pop in to the chat every so often (on Fulltilt too) and they'd also manually prepare Final Table Deal/Chops & then present them to the players (where they could accept or refuse). So yah, they'd be around all the time and you could easily get support staff to drop in on a table by summoning them.

I'm sure they can. For example, a few years ago on PokerStars it was possible to call a moderator. I did that when I made a deal with another player that we split the prize pool for 2nd and 1st place equally instead of heads-up.

Ya every system op just like at your JOB can see everything and dissect everything if they want....Its what it is true story was working at wce as operator for time warner me and system op got into a FIGHT a big one cause the jerkoff came into a private window with me and a girl...I was appalled he coulda emailed me IT WAS WRONG to me on every way...Did I know they were always there? YES but to have the gall to tell me what i can say in a private chatroom on that server which was NONE OF THEIR DAMNED business made me madder than anything....>BUT NOW WE SOLD OUT we accept they can monitor microsoft google your computer etc...your gaming Apps so can improve....But if someone comes on my screen on my tv that is INVASION of privacy now I know they can see it all do ads etc...but to see someone say hello ROBERT is a WTF moment so hopefully even though they put ads instantly on things im talking about and my phone is there pisses me off to max but not like a human coming over that same thing saying HELLO Robert so accept they are doing it....dont like it but they need to stay in their lane

I would think if a company had a fair site, with an imopartial RNG, it would want as much control as possible, to prevent cheating, collusion. So it makes sense that they continualy monitor the games.
Just like the casinos have everything videoed, and computerized, in the end, I think the sites would monitor it all, it makes business sense.

Of course . Why should anyone have doubts about this I don't understand. It's obvious that it's very easy to do , profitable for the scammers , do why not . They have access to absolutely everything related to their business. This is obvious. Without such access, any return site would be overrun with fraudsters and would have constant technical problems.
