How do you guys manage your bankroll, at what stake should I start and when to make like an adjustment into it?

It seems you may have at least 33x the amount you're playing in, it's an advice by Johnathan Little, on his Instagram .
That been said, I wouldn't go further on buying that may go too far from this. I'd go only for a 25x cap.

The truth is that I couldn't tell you how to manage your bankroll, just don't lose more than you can afford, it's that simple

Hobby/rec and only play part-time. Not a daily grinder for hours on end. I like the following:
1) Cash 50 buy-ins/stake playing
2) MTT's 100 buy-in's/stake playing.
3) If/when you're a winning player at both. I like 50-75 buy-ins/cash stakes played. I typcially can win enough at cash to pay for my MTT's buy-in's with a bit of profit left over.

When taking shots at the next level I personally use 5 buy-ins. If I blast thru(lose) the 5 buy-ins at the new level I move back to the old level and make it back before moving up again with 5 buy-in's and trying again. Rinse and repeat.

At the end of the day if you're just starting out and gonna start at micros and have a good decent paying job one doesn't really need a bankroll. With that said you may as well get use to using and working with a bankroll as knowing how manage a bankroll and have the discipline to manage a bankroll is required to be a winning player long term. So start and learn early how. The hardest part of managing a bankroll is discipline.

Cheers!!!

Thank you for this one. I'll keep that in mind.

Start with the safest option. Let's say your bankroll is $100. Then to start with, your spending limit per game session will be 1-3% of your bankroll. So, in one evening, you can afford to spend no more than $1-3. Then, over time, you will be able to adjust your daily limit more or less, but for the beginning, for the first months of playing, this is more than enough and it is a fairly safe option.
