Why not cut the deck?

I have never seen a live poker dealer offer any player at the table the opportunity to cut the deck.

Why not?

I have seen blackjack/21 dealers offer players the opportunity to cut their deck(s).

Why not in poker?

Blackjack is played against the house, poker is played against other players.

If another player touches the deck I'm calling the floor.

I don't know how it really is, but I think I saw this in the movie, but maybe I'm wrong and the driver was playing

No need to cut in a casino game.....players never handle the deck.

Any decent/good home game even one dealt by the each player them shelves I've always seen it cut. If it isn't I wouldn't consider it a good/decent home game and wouldn't stay past hand #1.

Dealers have a specific way so as not to cause any cheating. BJ and poker are too different games in a casino so the deal is done a different way, nowhere close to what a poker dealer does.

Dealers aren't allowed to let players touch the deck while dealing a hand....

for obvious reasons of the appearance of possible collusion
