Poker with friends?

do you gather at home with good company and play poker in the evenings?

I used to play in home games about once a week. The stakes were usually low, but they were a lot of fun.

I have never been able to play in home games with friends...I don't like to take their money if I win, and I don't like when they win my money. I have played in Las Vegas with friends at the same table...that is sometimes unavoidable if you don't want to wait an extra two hours for another table to open.

Although a son and two granddaughters play, the distance prevents us from meeting

About 10-20 years ago, I used to play cards with my friends almost every day. Those were good times. Now we get together very rarely, most of my friends are at war. But we played other games, not poker.
