Yesterday at the wsop final table, Tamayo was getting real-time information from his friends who had a laptop and were probably recording information about Griff's hands and running GTO solvers. Should that be allowed? To me, it looked horrible. Thoughts?

We should include a source for this. Where did you find the information?

I was watching the live stream and remember that they were discussing the hands they had just played. I don't know what they were doing on their laptop (it could be just taking notes or running GTO solvers, although the latter were strictly prohibited) but just getting that amount of help looked really bad.

I would think the TD would have been (or should have been) involved with this. I can't see how something such as a solver on a very visible computer could be ignored. But, what do I know?! Just using my logic..lol
