I watched the live action and played the lowest cashgames possible which was already 5€/10€ If I recall.
I remember limit to sit down was 1000€

It more likely to month budget middle class family.

On a regular day in the local pokerrooms , when they were still open , you could sit down with 20 €

Zanoni the owner of all former pokerrooms here filed a lawsuit and won.
The state declared poker game of skill.
Under this ruling He re-opened the pokerrooms only offering poker and nothing else...
Our government then ordered an inconstitutional raid... Police behaved like the Mafia and destroyed pokertables and confiscated over 520000€ ..player's money included.

Was pretty crazy to witness that..
