I am not a live player, but personally I would rather say my actual hand. If for instance the opponent has Q9 on a board like 972-7-3, then presenting your pocket aces with "I have two pair", could be perceived as a bit of a slowroll. And therefore I would rather say "I have two aces". Or if you have A9, "I have a 9".

As a live player I’ll just show and declare what I have without saying “two pair”. I’ll say something like “I haves Aces.” The two pair is obvious so no need to say it. New players will say two pair. I’ll only declare two pair if the board is not paired and it’s not obvious to the dealer or other player. Good luck!

Most live tables are card speak which means you have to show your hand it is simpler to just turn your cards over and let the dealer declare the hand. It gets rid of any confusion other players might have by you stating your hand:unsure::geek:

Most of them still follow the GTO style of play
