I have seen many players without masks or using them incorrectly
at the wsop. In many countries cases are returning.
What action could the organization take?

Proper ventilation will help-placing portable hepa filters to recycle the air would be good. Moving air from outside the building into the room on one end and out of the room on the other end would also help.

A ventilation consultant is the key here.
