I was in a $0.5 Buy tournament and the opponent with an 80b Stack goes All In against the Mine Raise I found with JJ having 50b. I paid for the stack thinking that it would have a maximum of one TT considering that it was All In instead of a 3-bet.
He had QQ...
(Should I have done something different?)

The only thing you should do different is realise that players don't have a capped range like that at very low stakes.

You have to include AA KK QQ AKs in their range if they are good or bad players. Good players will know that many players can't even fold AT+, 88+, so will shove to go for the whole stack! Bad players may just go all in to make their decsions simple.....either way, those top cardscan be in the range of a player shoving

The fact that you thought that your opponent would have a maximum of TT is quite strange.
In general, in any situation in which you lose chips, you should do something else. But the real question is “what exactly?”
I think that in order not to complicate your life, you can consider that you are just unlucky in this situation.

If you enter the game, you raise. You never call the big blind, i.e. you don't limp into the game.Your position determines when it is your turn in a game round. Your turn to make a decision during the hand depends on the dealer's position. The more players there are between you and the dealer, the earlier your turn comes and the earlier your position.

One thing that might help you in the future is to think of your opponent’s hand in a range instead of a specific hand like TT. Think of it like TT+ AQ+ and then how does your JJ match up against that range.

Dude, you will always make the wrong decision. If you go all-in against ace rag, he will hit his ace. If you fold, the flop comes J-7-7. Very occasionally things will go the other way, but that's poker, that's life.

There are a lot of maniacs in such tournaments, so I think that calling in such situations would not be a mistake, there could have been all the pocket pairs below and any other trash in general.

There's always something that could have been done differently when u loose. The villain can have TT but another T can come in the flop & he could have QQ but your J may drop on the river. Even AA can get cracked. Its gambling & u can just play the odds. There are no guarantees.

Anyway, it depends on the situation at hand.
If you have JJ and your opponent has QQ, you might see a J on the board.
