I have a question . I want yo know peoples comments to how much money is enough money to say you aren’t a beginner anymore . What actually represents that you have made your mark in poker and are working your way up ? Or if you wanted to test your skills out how much would you say is enough to start out with what kind of tourneys and how much money would you have to make . If I can get any fees back that would be great . Texas hold em for starters

My opinion about the concept of a beginner is when you learn the rules of the game and start trying your hand at trying to outplay your opponents.
When you learn the skills to be able to beat them, you become an amateur; I can't define a professional player because I don't understand it myself.
By the way, there is a lot of material for developing and improving your game.
Good luck at the tables))) (y) (y) (y)

How much money before you are no longer considered a beginner…
Well if you are making enough money from poker to pay your bills every month, congrats your a pro.

As a beginner it’s your job to learn as fast as you can to keep from loosing money. You will be the target of all the good players right now until you learn how to defend yourself and how to put correct pressure on opponents.
When you can sit at the table with confidence in your abilities because you have gained experience and more knowledge, then it will become more fun.

I think the question is not primarily about the amount of money, but about the stability of its receipt. A stable and regular income from the game is a sign of professionalism.
