You have to learn to control yourself. Even if you run into a bad beat, you have to be able to let go of that party and concentrate on the next one. Each hand lasts as long as it lasts, after which a new round and a completely new chapter begins. The most important question is always, is it worth to be annoyed because of a bad beat? Will worrying about it for minutes/hours change anything?

I honestly don't know the answer I've always been pretty lucky to have some natural talent when it comes to being mentally tough and having tilt control. One thing I do know though you gotta fix this issue or you will NEVER be a winning player at any level.
In the moment once the bad beat happens......you gotta instantly put it outta your head and move on cause the next hand is gonna be dealt within seconds. Also one needs to learn too play poker like they hate money, don't care about it and aren't emotionally attached to it. The more you can do that the more likely you are to be a winning player. I think of money as only for keeping score while playing.

Then you're not ready for real money yet. Learn to play with a cool head, otherwise poker will be a pain in the ass for you.
