It is recommended that you have a bankroll of 50 to 100 buy-ins to handle variance. I thought that was excessive. I felt if you played decent ranges and played with positional awareness that you would be OK if the cards went cold. I was wrong!
I play microstakes online for a couple of hours everyday. After 2 months of cold cards, bad beats and yes some dumb plays I have lost half of my bankroll. To conserve what is left of my bankroll and confidence I have gone down two levels in stakes.
We all go through down turns. When the pros say you need between 50 and 100 buy-ins to handle variance, listen to them!

To succeed, most players must first to be introduced to some principles.
Here is the basic model.
Start with at least 20 buy-ins at a lower limit than you think you'll have can beat.
Rank up and take photos when your bankroll increases by a fixed number of buy-ins. This can come from a combination of table wins, rakeback,
and bonuses.
Go downstairs if you lose a fixed number of buy-ins.
Have the discipline to stick to your plan.

Hi :)
You obviously have good control over your emotions if you were able to analyse your game so clearly and draw the appropriate conclusions. Not all players have the patience and willpower to identify their own mistakes and take steps to solve the problem. That's cool.

And to make matters worse: the bankroll recommendations are for winning players.

If you can't beat the stakes you are playing at, you need to fill up with money earned from outside poker or have a lot of extra money just to continue playing when losing.

As many buy ins as possible for me . 200 or more . 50 or 100 doesn't sound good enough .
