Discipline, if you are not at your best, take a while, trying to find the lost money, will make you lose the rest.Is there any way to restrain the losing streak so as not to break the bankroll
i def like two suggestions i quoted hope both came here was most recent two but 100 buy ins too much for me as ssdi person that is for sure...I have rules for rake poker its have 4 x meaning buy ins if you put 50 at table you need 200....taking breaks is good go watch some people who are playing winning poker for a day on twitch youtube....or just take a day off at beach etc...refresh mind let everything go on a down slide if you know you are playing winning poker doing right steps following decent rules !! sometimes you simply cant win in poker...now as far as tournaments im not a big rebuyer but id have to have 2 buy ins total ready if wanted to use or play...make sure you are studying your hand play weekly etc... if your pushing you need to take that time off ...TRUST THE PROCESS if your playing right it will turn around...i was down for a couple years...im not winning as much as I am used to here at cc playing since may but i know for most part i am playing correctly so its ok...if you play a ton of poker im millions of hands in youve seen every way to lose is only one winner in a tournament i have a number where want to hit certain targets slowly very slowly im getting closer...rake play is easier make sure your not at a level your not comfortable withIf you only play when you have a 100 buyins or more its tough to go broke.
If you dont have 100 buyins move down in limits until you do.
