Review your session before blaming luck

Instead of focusing on “bad luck”, review your play and see if you could have made better decisions. Sometimes it's not the bad beat that's the problem, but strategic errors.

take rest of day off go back in morning review your play see if had big mistakes etc..make sure your focused and start playing again...anytime you are tilted id take a break myself
