i always struggle with the ranges. in theory it's clear, but i can't find practical usage of this theory any advice in mind?

I play poker for fun, but I take it seriously, and it requires improvement every day. It's like playing a video game: you can know how to play, but you can also strive for positive results, get to the next level and, who knows, take advantage of that in other parts of your life.
