I know that https://www.upswingpoker.com/ had a very good advanced PLO course(a bit expensive tho if you're not a high stakes player* in this case it might be just a couple of buy-ins... ), they had JNandez87(Fernando Habegger) in their team for some time too- one of the best PLO players(he has his own site now- http://plomastermind.com/ ) and you can check his YT for free(https://www.youtube.com/@JNandez87/featured) to see if you want to invest more time/ money into it...
