I was taught low straight cards are a big no no in stud because even if youre live, you're more likely to pair those low cards and wasting betschasing . The only thing you have is the hidden factor but its not worth it since youre not going to hit that straight enough times for all the chasing and drawing.

Stud is a game of chasing but 567 vs You're a big underdog against an overpair in the hole.
