Hello,
I would like to improve my Omaha game. I mostly interested in PLO tournaments, which are very complicated. I am not completely beginner, I know basics. I play mtts avarage buy in 40$. Any courses, sites, software, books, which you can recommend me?

Omaha is quite different than Holdem.

I think the watching Phil Galfond's videos on Youtube is a good start, also try to find some solid Twitch PLO streamers.

I recommend you play cash games first. Because you need to practice your post-flop actions, so you'll feel more comfortable playing tournaments later...

Equilab has an omaha version it is great for getting a feel for how close equities run---most PLO tournaments quickly become short stacked so you may want to focus on training materials for that.
