Can't really tell you how to win, we don't know how you played your losing hands. If you played it right and lost, then there's nothing to improve there, variance wasn't your friend. If you played it wrong and lost then that's where you can analyse your play to see how you could have played it differently.

I would say watch videos by Jonathan Little, he's very good to learn from and he does a lot of free content on YouTube. Also watch Nathan Williams on YouTube also, he's also free and a great player.

I lose a lot, teach me how to win.
I could teach you how to win.
You need a big pile of money and play everything you see.
But only count the victories !!!!!!
But you need only count the wins!!!!!!

No, the truth is that losing often doesn't mean you're a bad player. These are streaks and we all have them. salutes

There are years when I lose 100 times more than I win.
But one big win is worth more than 100 small losses.!!!

Define alot......

Depends could just be normal variance or could be you just sat down and decided to play 100nl+. Which if you did sit at 100nl+ I would fully expect you to take a dam good beating. Just because one as a newer player might have the bankroll or make enough at his day job to be able to afford to play 100nl+ doesn't mean he should. In fact he certainly should not start at 100nl.

2nl and 5nl. If you can't beat or adjust to beat 2nl and 5nl you're only throwing money away playing higher. And you simply just don't learn how to winner at poker over night. It's a journey that takes time, hard work and study.

Lacking further details from you I'd also recommend Jonathan Little(link below). There's also plenty of other decent free stuff on the internet(you-tube).

Also get a HUD even if the site you play at doesn't allow them. You can download your hands into the HUD. There is no better or easier way to study hand histories. I like and prefer Poker Tracker 4(link below).

Cheers!!!

losing is part of poker, as is winning. So lets say you win $500 once and lose $10 five times, to me that is a win!

How many millions do I need for this?

you can start with 100 dollars
play 100 games it will be good practice

after 100 games count the wins and the money
if you are not satisfied, then do everything again-that's how poker works !

(of course if you are rich you can start with 100,000 dollars)

Today I lost, but tomorrow I hope to win and make up for my loss.

What you need is a good day, a good race where you get 1 position. That will strengthen you that you have a place at the table.

It doesn't work that way because victories come without knowing it

of course we want to win before every game, but it doesn't happen
How many years have you been playing and how many millions have you won?

You should only play your hands when you know they're going to win! )

First you have to review the hands you played and see if you made a mistake or it's variance, you shouldn't lose much if you study and know the metagame of poker, but that's why I tell you that you have to first review your hands with a professional to see if you are making mistakes or not.

Not necessarily a bad one. You may be inexperienced, or not patient enough, or not disciplined enough. ‘A bad player’ sounds like a sentence. I think you shouldn't be so hard on yourself. Just stop spending your own money on the game and that will be your first step on the way to a good game.
How?
Just play in freerolls :)
