Tilt is one of the biggest enemies in poker. How do you control your emotions after a bad beat?
Sometimes I can control my emotions, sometimes not. A lot depends on the level of tension, the opponent and the win rate on the board (with which I get a bad beat). If, for example, I go all-in with “88” and my opponent beats me with “AK”, I don't get too upset because I realize that the odds are almost equal. But if I lose with 95% before the river, then yes, sometimes I can't hold back my emotions in the next hand.

Play freerolls so the til is easier to transfer. And especially for the wallet

There are several types of tilt. At least eight forms. So the first thing is to recognize which type of tilt you are suffering from and act accordingly. This is off course much much easier said than done.
In my view PLO is especially tilt triggering because the hands run so close for obvious reasons. It’s a postflop game.
I guess that there is no pitch perfect cure for tilt. Leaving the game is probably best in most tilt blowups. Trying to get even is basically a lost cause.
A single bad beat should definitely not let us go on tilt. We need unluck as well as luck. This is a prerogative of poker.

When the move triggers a huge bad beat, it's best to stop playing for the day.

I manage my emotions by taking a step back, accepting the variance, focusing on my strategy, and taking breaks when the inclination starts to increase. The key is to rationalize situations, respect my decisions, and not get carried away by negative emotions. Poker is primarily a game of mentality, and maintaining a calm and analytical attitude allows me to remain competitive, even after a bad beat.

Studying and learning will help with tilt issues. Some people don’t understand that they are the ones playing badly sometimes and their tilt is misdirected. Learn from our mistakes instead of getting upset. This game is super complex and super aggravating. But start learning, play within your bank roll and affordability.
