Quite impressing, thanks [emoji106]breathe, change music, do some jumping jacks or pushups if I need to, and keep telling myself that tilting as never helped.
know what's a cooler story than tilting and punting off the rest of your stack? staying ice cold, chipping back up, and shipping it!
Thread winner....lol. ^^^^^i found that it was easy to stop tilting when i stopped focusing on individual, short term negative results and focused on making +ev decisions.
if you get your money in +ev spots, you win more in the long term. there is no other way to spin it. if you're in a situation where you have 80% equity, well you're winning 80% of the time. if you're guaranteed to win .80 out of every $1, why are you upset about or focusing the .20 you're losing?
results don't matter in the long term, your +ev decisions do.
Thanks sure I will do this next time whenever i become tilt.If you can refocus right away, that's cool, go with that. If you feel you are not playing your best game because you tilt, go away from computer for some time even though it's a tournament.
It's better to lose some blinds than to lose your entire stack![]()
