Another meta-skill that should be part of a winning player's poker strategy is avoiding tilt. Your opponents will use their emotions against you, but only if you let them. Emotional gambling results in ruined decisions and lost money. Tilt and a hot head can happen to anyone, and sometimes the only cure is a break from the game. i have seen it so many times , when a player loses a big hand, he immediately goes all in the next, only to lose it all. If you are that upset about a hand, take a 10 minute breather and come back refreshed. it works wonders!

question, if you loose a big hand to receive AJ or A10 I use the fake tilt to go all in and normally around 60% of the time I get most of my stack back, any body else have that exper?
