Avoid slow play at any table position you find yourself in any instances of the tournament you encounter and no matter how many players left in a table have to avoid slow play, only you have an unbeatable hand on the flop can make slowplay, meanwhile no ... tHE sLOWPLAY IS MORTAL

I'm not quite sure I understand where you are going with this, but the way I see it slowplays are a useful tool in the game when utilized properly. Can they get you in trouble, yes, however that is part of what makes them exciting. In order for the slowplay to work the other player often needs to hit something in order to actually pay you off. If your hand wasn't strong enough to begin with this could result in you being behind and ultimately losing. I say if the hand is strong enough and you are confident your opponent will bet into you, it a risk worth the potential reward.

Slow game is annoying, of course, but not in all cases, it says about the good hands, often the opponent is thinking about bluffing, and thus catching up with fear.

Slowplay can be good if you're in position holding a very good hand and against an oppenent that you know he gonna bet all streets , I prefer to play it slow and fires a 3-bet on the river for maximum value , slowplaying can be good too if you flop the nuts something like quads etc

Your hands was a cooler... can't blame yourself for losing to a straight flush. You needed a card like the 5 to come out to get action. This time you got unlucky. That's poker. If you can get the other guy to put money in while behind you did your job.

I do not advise to slow play " A pair" as it will mostly get you in trouble. Slow playing the nuts are recommended as opponents should hit something to pay you and it gives enough time at each street.

Slowplay is a fundamental in any good strategy, obviously the risk potentially is greater but so are the rewards.

Slowing playing is a natural part of the game but one of the hardest, in my opinion, to master. Not many players really do it well. It requires a good read on your opponents or can get you into all kinds of trouble. If you have the nuts, can't be drawn out on and are up against a maniac it is a blast to slow play the hand. If you have Kings full of Aces and slow play a NIT you may find he has Aces full.

As always "it depends":

1. position/ number of players left to act behind you
2. the strength of your hand
3. board texture
4. likelihood hands losing to yours will bet into you
5. etc.

Beginning players tend to slow play their hands too often afraid they will chase players from the pot and leaving themsleves vulnerable to being out drawn. It is generally more profitable to bet to limit the field and give yourself the chance of getting value on multiple streets.

Slow playing and trapping should be used miminmally otherwise the table will easily see through you.

Try running these hands though the odds calculator and seeing the percentage of times you should be winning in these situations. Remember, even a 95% favorite is "supposed" to lose 5% of the time. Your 5% just seem to be clumping together right now.

Slow playing can be good on a really uncoordinated board and one that is not good for your opponents range. Sometimes there are bad runouts but those are usually unavoidable anyway.

Just like everything else slowplay can be useful too. Of course you cannot slow play all the time but you have to utilize it smartly and likely use it at a later stage of the tournament.

Yea, if you don't raise at the beginning people can get 2 pair or a straight cheap with junk. You also don't get a lot of value that way.

But if you are good enough to sense the situation is right why would you tell someone else you have an unbeatable hand until they have paid you off?

If I am at a table where everyone is 3betting with A5 and K9 on every hand, I would laugh at anyone disagreeing with me when I slow play my AK or AA and stick it to them after they're pot commited.

That's what it's all about, obtaining their pot commitment and then coming over the top.

I would play "slow play" conditionally.
You cannot slow play just any hand.
If you have AA and you slow play and someone flops 2 pair or flush draw or str8 draw, where do you
Stand with your slow play?
If you have made a suffecient raise pre flop and you have hit a Nuts hand than you slow play all you want till the turn.
After turn there has to be action.

This is my opinion and maybe I am wrong.

Is this mean you have multiple accounts ? isn't that is forbiden ?
