Over the last couple of weeks in both cash games and MTTs I have had AQs in late postions. I have faced large over bets from early position including all in. Is this hand strong enough to call? I realize "it depends" on a lot of different factors like relative stack size, are you on the bubble and the playing style of the villain.
Would you call a large bet with AQs?

No, I woulkdn't go all in with AQs unless I have enough behind me, or am tired, and just want to end the tourney, one way or another, especioally if I'd been running well to get to where I was at. Even AKs isn't an auto-shove, been victim of four of a suit on the board, or pair on the board, lots of sideways possibikities

Facts, it depends on alot of factors, I believe it's good enough to see the flop but not good enough to shove all in or call an all in

Perhaps look in the free starter account for GTO Wizard what plays are recommended with AQ s and o in which position and what stack size.
You don't have to pay for easy pre-flop views there.
What is a big bet? Is it a 3-bet. In which position, in or out of position, bubble, pre final table, early game?

AQs is a must-open hand from any position. AQs is a must-call against any 3-bet.Multiway pots are a different story. When 3 or more players see the flop, there is a much higher chance that someone will have two pair or better. Another problem is that your opponents may correctly fold more of their hands, which reduces the equity of your top pair against their calling ranges.

It all depends on the situation and the opponents. AQs is a pretty strong hand, but you should take into account your position and the specifics of your opponents' play. That is, you have to watch the game from the very beginning, and then after a while you will have an understanding of what your opponents can play with and how they do it. There is no single correct answer to your question, it all depends on each specific situation.

If you play AQ and lose to AK or AA, analyze the situation and never play in that situation again. That's how you get stronger little by little.

Personally, I don't like it very much...AQ and JJ are complicated hands for me

AA I trust only , or even AKo or AKs . So many lost hands with AQ or AQs or even QQ and KK . RNG gives set up hands and action cards , AJ or AJs is one of the worst I believe .
