First thing to say is that answer will be different depending on stack sizes. I will respond based on 40bb eff. stack.
13% 3bet is about right, but you're way too polar, making it very easy to play post flop against you.
You want to be calling with a lot of your suited Ax and Kx as well as some suited connectors, one gappers and small pairs because these types of hands are junk if you miss or hit a small pair, but have the potential to become monsters. Fold the raggy Axo 3betting A7o-A9o as a
bluff for the same reason except the chances of making a flush are much smaller. You can also include hands like QJo, QTo and JTo as bluffs.
At 40bb, there is even some 3bet jamming with hands like AQo, KTs, QTs, and JTs because these hands absolutely hate getting 4bet, but get a lot of stronger hands (like small pairs) to fold.
