I had a fish sit down next to me a few months back and completely unprotect his hand when he looked. Like as close to showing them to me as you could get without showing them to me. And I know he wasn't meaning to, because he was playing hands against everyone including me when I had a hand worthy playing. He would bet pre flop on nothing and then bet all the way through with very dumb hands. He would bet into every check sent his way and raise the river bet even when he had 2/7 off suit. It was bananas for about 30 minutes until he ran out of money.

I think there's nothing more ridiculous than when someone goes all-in every round and thinks they can play.
But it's also funny when someone raises, everyone folds and a few show what their hand was. What's the point?

I have an explanation for that
1.the player had used something (cocaine.marijuana...)
2.mental problems
3.bragging or showing off -there are such funny players

Before the big decision, people talk with themselves out loud - eating all kinds of food at the table, the guy telling great jokes - "Poker tears us apart again" lol

etc.etc.

It's a good situation when a fish gives you his money. I don't see anything bad about it. In fact, for me it's unpleasant when other players are happy to see my losing when I get stronger hand on pre-flop. That's really unworthy behavior!

I was playing limit poker live and a player made the exact same straight flush 2 hands in a row with different cards each time--In the second hand the player he was up against raised him and said--- I know you cannot have a straight flush again:eek:

Well off the top of my head I'd say people who pull of great bluffs and then show it...

or people who show their cards every hand they're involved in,

just giving away free info... but hey I don't mind😎👍

It happens way too often, players open limping with half the table sitting out.

Players are different, and everyone is certainly free to play as they see fit. For me, players fall into two categories. The first category is the players you have to be careful with. The second category of players are those who can potentially be useful to me and can help me make some money :)

players who go all in with anything in their hand and still win the hand, I've seen a player who went all in with 93o and made two pair against AA and eliminated his opponent at the beginning of the tournament.

One of the most ridiculous things to ever happen at a poker table involves a legendary story about a player betting his own shoes. In a cash game, a gambler ran out of money but desperately wanted to stay in the game. Without hesitation, he threw his designer shoes onto the table as collateral for his next bet. The table erupted into laughter, and surprisingly, the other players agreed to let him play for his shoes. To everyone’s shock, he won the hand and walked away with his shoes still on—and a pile of chips!

For me, the weirdest thing that happens at the poker table is still throwing crap at your tablemates - idiotic behavior by some players towards others that is officially sanctioned and encouraged by the poker site...

Hello Poker Fans,

Thanks you for the laugh. :D

Here is a confession and a nightmare situation;

Everyone folds to me and I fold to the sit-out - sheesh! - totally not paying attention here.

Even worse - the annoying sit-out who is forced all-in and wins the players in the hand each time to eventually make the money while I bust out!

Unlike me, some poker players have all the luck :ROFLMAO:

Over the years I've seen all sorts of crazy stuff. One of the best was at Seneca Niagara. A newbie to the poker room, but obviously a home player, called a bet by splashing the pot with a large denomination chip, then proceeded to reach into the pot to 'make change'. The dealer grabbed his wrist so fast it was hilarious. He glared at the guy, lifted his hand off the pot of chips, turned it over, to show the cameras, then moved the guys hand away. Told him "I'll make the change."

I used to love playing at Seneca Niagara...wish they'd bring poker back...the funniest thing I ever saw was this kid who was celebrating his 21st birthday by TRYING to play poker at Seneca. At the table was a very attractive young lady, probably in her early 50s...the kid makes a huge raise as a bluff, then hits on this lady to try to get her to fold...hilarious stuff...didn't work...she felted him.
