I don't remember exactly, but was at least 16 hours. I remember that I stayed awake all night and only finished the session close to the lunch time. But it was many years ago, I don't think I could do this type of thing anymore.

Nowadays the length of (average) cardchat tournament probably counts as longest session -.-

So 3+ hours ... Although it's indeed nothing compared to some examples above ^ ...

There was a guy at a local casino that would go on 2 dayers. I'd leave at night and he'd still be there in the morning when I went back and he'd still be there the next day too . Then you wouldn't see him for a week and he'd be there for 2 days straight. Always had lots of chips too

More than 12 hours and playing the first 10 hours could be left with nothing. It was the MTT route on 888 via the satellites from 1¢ - $44 - $320. Everything ended well.)

I usually play MT tournament online and sometimes end up doing final straights, which take 3 to 4 hours.

I think that something near 8 hours, but I wouldn't be able to play that long in more than 5-6 simultaneous tables. Maybe in the middle of the session I reach 9-10 tables, but for less than an hour, I try to plan it that way.

The game of poker lasted up to 6 hours. That's enough for me. After 3 hours of play, fatigue comes. This affects the quality of the game.

My longest game must have been 6-7 hours long. I don't remember exactly.

So true, I ran deep in a bronze tournament and it was 6 hours! Probably 7 or more for the last 2.

I dont normally play for longer than that. Even after 2 hours I need a break

I played daily dollar for about 7 hours, then I was so sleepy that I stuffed some slag with a third stack against Chipak before the finals and busted out. Beginners usually think that all poker skills will come by themselves, in the process. Like, the more you play, the better. In fact, it turns out that just playing a lot is not enough. First of all, this can have a negative impact on productivity. And, secondly, it does not leave time for the main thing - in fact, for learning to play poker. That is, to engage in self-organization of the gameplay. Time management itself will not give you results, but the things that you manage to do thanks to it will.

It's hard to say for sure right now. A typical session lasts about 9-10 hours. But the long session was due to winning the last tournament of the session. The duration of the session was about 15 hours and it was all night and morning.

14 hours straight, not that long
I have played in two-day tournaments several times. To be honest, these are very interesting and promising tournaments, but it is really difficult for me to play more than 7-8 hours in a row.

Oh my, It`s so exhausting, my longest time was around 3.5 hours, though if different tournaments together- than around 6 hours of continuous poker
