my most expensive buy-in in a tournament was $5.50, completely out of bankroll, it was a good experience and unfortunately I didn't make it into the prize zone.

First deposit was $150....20+ years ago on pokerstars. Went busted once doing a challenge 15+ years and had to deposit another $50. Since then on my main site Pokerstars no more deposits.

Over the years I've invested $50 on each of the following sites just to try them out: UB, Party party poker, Full-tilt, 888, Blackchip and GG Poker. Don't think I'm missing any sites but feels like I'm missing 1-2 sites thou.

^So all-in total that's $550 over 20+ years. <-----That's not counting many many many books, a couple courses and PT4. <----Adding all those to the $550 likely closer to $1500 totally invested. All them/my expenses were covered by poker winnings. So in the end I invested ZERO and made a good profit and still counting.

Most expensive buy-in online the Sunday Million for $215 a number of times over the years. Live buy-in $330 at my local casino. Again all paid for with poker winnings.

I invested $10 on 888 and GGPoker. On PokerStars I invested more, but only because I bet there and I didn't always succeed. Now I only bet on NBA and MLB (which I'm good at), so I stopped making deposits at poker rooms.
