Stoicism as a way to achieve poker success. Living according to this philosophy does not mean just hiding your emotions or not experiencing them at all and facing adversity steadfastly. The point is not to fight emotions, because in the end it will turn out to be negative.The game of poker seems very easy, and recreational players often exalt their own strengths and participate in games in which they simply have no place.Sometimes feelings in poker can be useful, but they can also be completely wrong because emotions can be unreliable at best and destructive at worst.You have power over your mind - not outside of events. Well this is an interesting question...., I think poker is a game that can be naturally frustrating for a lot of people,

the mental game of poker is a huge part of it, so I'd say even basic stoic philosophy such as focusing on what you

can control, having your own goals, not letting your emotions control you are all great for poker👍
