FOMO can take hold of a person so much that they become addicted to sending and viewing messages on social media. They want to constantly stay in touch with the news and communicate with their friends to stay informed and keep up with everything. This creates a constant state of anxiety that can lead to poor health.I don't suffer from this.The best way to combat this syndrome is to set a goal in life. And remember that life is not always perfect as it is shown on social media.
