We have saved a very special guest for our 100th podcast celebration - Daniel Negreanu! As part of our 18th Anniversary Celebration we are excited to be bringing you this very special podcast guest.

One of our favorite parts of our podcasts is when our own members get to submit questions to our guests - and yes, you will be able to ask Daniel your burning questions! We expect a lot of members to submit questions so we are limiting them to 3 questions per member - so pick your favorites!

Also as an added bonus - we will be giving $100 to Daniel's favorite question!*

Put on your thinking caps - you have about a month or so to get your questions in. We will give you the exact date as soon as we know it. Meanwhile post your questions in this thread.

Who were some of the most influential people that helped with you're success with poker and also in life?

Wow that's awesome.. Daniel and Akkari are my favorite poker players of all time..

My question is: do you see poker player mindset helping you in other parts of your life? Another sport, personal or business related..

Poker helps me to use better strategies in BocceBalls championships

I would like to meet him in person, I think he is an incredible player, besides being very charismatic, but being able to ask him a question is already very cool.(y)
Congratulations Cardschat for yet another event.:)(y)

Thank you for this opportunity!

I have to think of the other 2 but the first question that comes to my mind is:
What's the worst bad beat you ever had? What did it cost you and what have you learned from it?

:)

We're all aware that the most trivial decision or event sometimes leads us down a completely different path in life. For example, two occupied elevators open at the same time and you pick one at random, and the one you pick just happens to be occupied by a venture capitalist who winds up loaning you a huge amount of money to get your new company off of the ground.

Can you identify an extremely minor "turning point" in your life where a different decision or event would have led to you never having gotten involved in poker at all?

You are almost the same height as the other Daniel - the now retiring James Bond Daniel Craig. You have already shown to grow some muscle, so if you would be asked to play the next Bond would you have your deck of cards shaken not stirred in the next Casino Royale?

Question 1: Daniel, do You believe that there are talismans that bring good luck in the game? Do You have such a talisman and what exactly is it?

Question 2: Daniel, what event in your life, negative or positive, could have influenced you to suddenly decide to never play poker again?Or are you so unshakable that not a single event can influence you to give up playing poker?

Question 3: Daniel, what would you prefer, a bracelet as a physical item on the hand or still in the form of an NFT?

Hello!👋🤗
I probably have millions of questions, but since we are limited to only three, I will not ask about poker, because Daniel's poker life is already covered in the news, blogs and so on.

So, questions for Daniel Negreanu:

1. Please tell us about the 2 best moments of your life when you were really happy: the best moment in poker career and outside of poker.

2. Please tell us about your inner values and moral principles that you adhere to in life - what is really important to you (in the family, in people, in relationships).

3. Please tell us what you dreamed of in childhood, adolescence, youth and what is your most cherished desire at this stage of your life? Have all of your wishes come true?

Thank you very much.🌺🌺🌺

I watch alot of daniel and follow him on social media, I actually watch alot of his play online and offline and Im a big fan. Daniel and Ivy are my favourite pro players.

My question would be:

1. After playing doug polk heads up and really studying your game and working with solvers, you repeatedly said that you would smash phil hellmuth heads up because you would use this GTO style to overcome his leaks and flaws, did you feel like you followed through with that when playing against Phil ? I noticed there was many spots that you could have easily exploited his play but didnt seem to follow through with it.

2. It seems like you have resolved the feud between yourself and Doug Polk which is good to see, do you admit that your comment regarding "more rake is better" was not in favour of the poker community ?

3. How often do you study each week and whats your schedule? what tools do you use?

Hey Daniel - the world’s gone topsy turvy the past few years. Covid knocked us all for a loop. US politics drive every news cycle. Immigration is a hot button issue like never before.

You are the son of immigrants to canada. In today’s political climate that seems a tough way to start out. Yet, you’ve achieved the dream and become a household name in the US and elsewhere.

What advice do you give to Canadian children of newly immigrated families looking to make it big in this crazy, US dominated world?

My question would be:

As much as you have had an extremely successful career at Poker, do you think you could have done something different throughout your career? Also, do you believe that you could have followed another path in your life other than poker and still be successful and maybe even happier? In this case, what would you have done?

Everyone knows I'm a big fan and admirer of Daniel Negreanu, I would have many questions to ask him, but since there are only three, let's get to them.

1 - I once thought about becoming a professional poker player, but I gave up on the idea for a few reasons, and one of them was age.
Do you think age is a key factor in starting a professional poker career?
2 - How do you react to the harassment of fans, sometimes wanting to take a picture, or just a handshake, is it something that bothers you?
3- Did you choose poker as a profession, or did you enter this world by chance, what is your story?
Thank you for the opportunity, Cesar.:)(y)

Daniel Negreanu
Q: If only you could read people's minds to your advantage, would you read them or do you think this is unethical and why?
Q: What is something amazing that you did, but nobody was around to see it?
Q: If you were in a high-speed chase, what song would you want blaring on the radio and why?
