Daily poker hours

On weekdays I usually play in the afternoon until around 7 pm, on weekends only in some specific tournaments, because I prioritize family.

On average, I play 3-6 hours a day. But if I have more free time than usual, I can play for 10-12 hours. I think I could easily play for 12 hours every day and I don't think I would get bored.

I realise that playing less hours is benefic for my game and that i peform better with a lesser scedhule of poker
