Have you ever stopped to think about how long you play poker per day, per week and per month.

Perhaps measuring your own playing time can be a strategic thing, because as poker is a mental game, playing too much can be detrimental to your own skills in the game.

Tracking your poker playtime is crucial, as overplaying can lead to fatigue and poor decision-making, affecting your overall performance.

I play when I have free time, less on weekdays and more on weekends. On average, I play 4-5 days a week. On weekdays 3-5 hours and on weekends 5-8 hours.

I used to play for 6-12 hours a day, seven days a week, I was very tired, but now I don't play every day for several hours, there's just nowhere to play, they blocked my favorite rooms.

Playing poker too long can't hurt skills. On the contrary, many actions will become automatic. And it helps to save time for deeper analysis in difficult situations at the poker table. So everyday play can only help, not hurt.

I definitely don't play as much as I would like to. I usually have time to play in the evenings, but I almost never play for more than 4-5 hours because my health is pretty bad. After a heart attack, even poker is quite difficult for me.

Lately I play very little, maximum 1-2 tournaments a day in online poker. I had periods in my life when I played almost every day in cash at micro limits at 4 tables at the same time. I want to say from my own experience that 6-8 hours of play fly by unnoticed, especially if you listen to your favorite music during the game. I think in order not to harm your own skills in the game, as you wrote, you just need to listen to your inner state. If the body feels that it can still play and gets pleasure from it, then in this case you can continue to play, but if the game goes through a person's strength and fatigue, then it is better to stop playing as soon as possible and go to rest. In general, it is advisable to periodically take days off and rest from playing poker, so as not to burn out, and always play with pleasure.
