It depends on the particular player. There are from different countries and strong fish. But, in my opinion, the most unpredictable players from Russia and Ukraine (taking in summary form, without having to go to a specific person).

it's no to get down anyone, I think all countries have good players and bad players, but one brazilian poker pro said that for many nationalities, brazil (my country) is considered a country with very much bad players, I disagree that.

we cant generalize different countries based on few players, so i think that question should be about the most unpredictable players countries

Brazil and russia there are many players 24/7 and often we meet each other playing online poker, it's natural russians players thinks brazilian players plays worst and contrary too, in Brazil, the poker gaming is a new and there are a lot of new people atracted for it, a lot of newbies for a great population, but I know a lot of brazilians poker pro as each one maybe know a lot in their own countries... It's enough about diplomacy... its unanimous... for votes, Russia is champion in this point... hahaha
