I'm developing a strategy to be profitable on Spin & Go MAX

On October 20, I deposited $6 in the bankroll and today October 22 I have $81

I believe that the more you play without resting, the greater the chances of losing.

The idea is that, in the first session of the day, I play for 30 minutes, then I take a 30-minute break.
Then I play another 30 minutes and take a 1-hour break.
Then I play another 30 minutes and take a 2-hour break.
Finally, I play another 30 minutes and take a 4-hour break.

9 to 5 players GTO MTT strategy
4 -3 players strategy GTO spin and go

One screen at most, with no pressure analyzing your opponents, when you have AA, QQ, and KK not from ALL in, Rise 2bb, 5bb, 7bb, All in.

When you arrive with a bankroll of $31, start playing, $3 if you lose a lot you go back to playing $1.

why take a 2hour break between a 30min. session? I don't understand the reason behind this? (what is the value in this?)

If I feel I'm playing optimally ('A' game), sitting out for 2hrs. and then sitting back in for 30mins., aren't I just losing out on 2hrs. of ev?

What made you arrive at these intervals or 'rest' & 'play'?

It seems like a strategy to avoid tilt due to fatigue. Or an attempt to mask your activity so as not to be ''identified'' by the room. These are the only justifications I can think of for this ''strategy'' of yours.

Interesting strategy, but I believe that there would be no need to increase the spacing between sessions so much
