I want to know what the top winners are capable of at each poker stake (for example: NL2 winners just play TAG or something like that)

0.01$/0.02$:

0.02$/0.05$:

0.05$/0.10$:

0.10$/0.25$:

0.25$/0.50$:

0.50$/1.00$:

1.00$/2.00$:

2.00$/5.00$:

5.00$/10.00$:

NL1000+

I will really appreciate your time to write the details :)

Do you mean the top winners at the stake, or if say a strong pro decided to play a bit of 2NL for instance?

I think the following would be possible for a very strong player.

Micro stakes 30bb/100 (up to 10NL)
Low stakes 15bb/100 (up.to 50NL)
Mid stakes 7bb/100 (up to 200NL)
High stakes 3bb/100 (500NL and above)

You can start here. Its a bit old and outdated in some ways but still an ok book for beginners.

There is also CCs free course. Its mostly meant for tournament players, but several of the concepts / sessions can also be applied to micro stakes cash games.

I haven't played as much at cash tables, but I would say that the higher the betting levels, the more aggressive the players are. There is a very big difference in tables of 0.01, 0.02 cents, for example, than in a table of 0.05, 0.10 cents. From what I have experienced, the aggressiveness is much greater.

In my opinion, the higher the stakes, the more serious and aggressive
