The villain cbet sizing feels weak. If you just call you are probably only getting another turn bet from ak (for hands you beat). I am cr the flop and betting the turn to set up a river shove. If you feel like he has AA though, then I would chk through.

As played i would not shove the river. Only gonna be called by better. (Unless villain dumb)

I would fold pre to a 4bet, you will often be dominated and you are out of position.

A dream flop for your hand, a small check raise would be good, but I think calling is also fine, as anything that can call the check raise (I.e.AK) should keep betting turn.

River shove is fine, but probably villain just had KK or a random preflop bluff

May fold, may not fold preflop - you choise to played:

Vilian sounds like a TT's or somthing like that (considering re-raise pre and the smal bet (~1/4) on the flop - bluff for shure (to me)).

I would like to re-raise on the flop or shove the turn... Top-Top is too strong (to me) for slow play to the river.

Actually the villain has given up looking at the description of the hand...

A quarter pot cbet in a 4bet pot is totally standard and likely made with his whole range

This is a fold preflop, if I understood correctly the 4-bet sizing.
OTF is fine to check, since we are dominated for AA and QQ. Turn also checking seems fine. As villain demonstrated weakness by not betting OTT I see no problem to bet OTR.
However, I would not jam but bet a size that could fulfill my entire range for value/bluff. Something like 1/2 pot could have done the work. ✅
Reason is simple: we give odds for villain to fold his AK, AJ, KK, JJ, and excellent odds for villain to call us having AA and QQ, for example.
