Against many players doing anything but shoving would be awful here, but I concede that in this particular game where everyone sucks the dynamic is rather unique. Bet/fold otr here is brutal however in spite of that, and most of what you're arguing here (how this player can check/raise with a full house otr, etc) only furthers the point.
