I know that calling from SB is not correct play and i mostly 3bet or fold in 6max regular and fast fold games but sometimes i call with small pocket pairs if total nit RFI or if someone raised and someone called...
Sometimes i also call from SB with SC and Axs if there is total fish in the hand.
Are this calls justified?

If it's converting to chips, yes.
There's no such a solver for all real world situations, so if this adjustment works for your stakes, keep it on

It's very hard to be profitable with low-pocket pairs, suited connectors, and low AXs out of position 100bb deep and especially 6-max (less multiway pots).

You must find players that often pay you off when you hit and just can't fold overpairs or top pairs. Or the opposite players that you can bluff off their hands when you miss.

Even against calling stations or very loose players, it's often better to just fold in the SB with these hands OOP, but play them in position (CO and Button).

Setmining is generally overvalued, because the implied odds are often not as good, as we need them to be. And being out of position certainly does not make things any easier. So I completely agree, that in a no-ante game, like most online cash games are, its usually better to just fold small pairs in the SB and generally go for a 3-bet or fold strategy from that seat.

Depends on open size, position of opener, where fish are etc. In general v small early position opens flatting is fine but more mid pocket pairs and suited Broadway rather than small pocket pairs. That said if your opponents are really bad the smaller pocket pairs are OK to flat, as sometimes it just gets checked down and you win and they might get sticky when you have a set
