What's the best Fold you ever witnessed? For me It was a friend playing NL 5/10$ cash game, He was UTG limped with kings , UTG+2 4 Bets and SB went all In, he folded the kings preflop assuming the guy had aces, his read was correct, It blew my mind then

Pure luck this fold! First of all, it's already horrible to limp the pair of KK, folding is also horrible! In this situation he will have QQ, JJ, TT, 99, being able to play like this. Depending on the villain, the shove range there can be much wider, but this varies from villain to villain, that is, cleaning and folding KK are two very bad plays. Poker is not a guessing game, it's math using your opponent's possible reactions, and in that situation, you'll win most of the time. Don't be fooled into a lucky showdown by guessing your opponent has AA.

what you're saying is totally true, the fold is far from being profitable on the long run. But the fact that the villain showed aces after he folded and that he took some time of reflexion before doing so with the opponent being so nit makes it fascinating. It could be the worst fold if the opponent had a worse pair but it was not the case

I think there were a lot of interesting plays where I folded. One of them I folded with a pair of aces, I would have lost the hand by going in. I think there are better hands ahead of me.
